Q – How much does online giving cost?
A – It costs you nothing and saves you time. NEBC does pay nominal transaction fees, so because of this, you can choose to give using cash or check to save on additional costs to the church. You might also enjoy the convenience of online giving by having checks mailed directly to NEBC if your financial institution offers the ability to mail checks from your online banking account.
Q – Is online giving safe?
A – Online giving is safer than ever before. NEBC uses an electronic funds transfer service that runs through a secure server using state-of-the-art security and fraud prevention systems to protect your transactions and information. Even with the ability to save your giving information, your payment information will always be presented in an encrypted format with only the last four digits available. Q – When will my contribution be deducted from my account?
A – Many times it will debit your account immediately, however it could take up to 24 hours to post to your bank account.
Q- What do I use when I do my taxes? Will I get a statement of everything I gave online?
A - You will receive an annual statement from the church including both your online and in-person donations. Please contact the church office at (405) 366-8391 if you have questions about these giving statements.
Q – What if I change bank accounts, or get a new credit or debit card?
A – Although it is an option, you are not required to save your card or bank account information when you process an online donation. If you do choose to save it, you may update the information as needed.
